****STAY AWAY****** This has to be the worst Limo company. They were great at the start. They got back to me right away, answered all my questions etc timely and were helpful. On the night of our rental, a smaller bus shows up. I paid for a bus for 30 people. We could only fit 24 people in it and that was with some sitting on the table. They claim that this was the 30 seater however it was the exact one from their website that states it was a 20-22 seater. Next, we got on and the bathroom at the back (which they make you pay $75 for) smelled very bad and kept wafting into the bus on the journey there. On our bus ride 3 people went pee. But they had to bring their own toilet paper and hand sanitizer. The bus driver said they don't have toilet paper on the bus because it clogs the toilet, but the company claimed they did provide it (however there was non there). On the way home from our night the entire bus stunk like the worst outhouse smell. No one used the bathroom after the way there. We all had to breathe into our shirts or had to put cream on our hands to smell that to keep from feeling sicker. Our clothes even smelled of it after the fact. Upon getting home I called and left a message, no return. About 4 days later after emailing and calling again, I got a response. They were going to ask the owner. The owner came back and told them to issue a $100 refund. The manager Chris, then told me that my complaints were all wrong (as I explained in this review) and they will not do anything further even thoigh we did not get what we paid for. I would highly suggest never renting from this company, their customer service leaves much to be desired and it ruined our groups evening.
