Emma came to Vancouver in the early 90’s, educated in the field of Architecture and Fine Arts with Project Management degree. She is always enthusiastic and passionate about helping people improve their “Living Space”.

Emma’s first job was a Kitchen Designer and Salesperson with 2 giant retail companies, this gave her an idea on the level of design and service that she is capable of, and the result was she became 2X the Western Canada Top Kitchen Design and Sales during her term. An opportunity came for her to widen her exposure as an intermediate designer of one of the most reputable developer in Lower Mainland where she gained more knowledge and insights in the Marketing, Research and development of the many different projects that she was involved in. Eventually, a much greater opportunity came to partnered and got more “hands on” exposure in the design and project management where their first project was bought by a famous TV journalist wife with a former Canuck GM.

Emma’s experienced in the design and construction is unparalleled. She is a natural negotiator, she learned a lot thru her many different roles and experienced in the real estate industry from the companies she had worked with. Emma can definitely help you achieve your real estate goals!

Aside from all the above, Emma is hardworking, she understands the Vancouver Real Estate market very well, she is effective as she listens very well and analyze her clients’ needs. She continues to educate herself on the many different facets of real estate so she can help her clients better. Emma is also multi-lingual; she is fluent in English, Fukien, Tagalog and comfortable with Mandarin.
