Busy place in the AM as everyone who needs to be sober all show up between 7:30 and 9:30. Staff are pleasant and professional.

I am really disappointed, the lady in reception was rude and impatient. I had to call for them to fax the paper to my midwife 4 weeks after they did the tests and they just told me they tried but could not go through so they just give up. Also the lady of customer service (S******) was in not her best mood. Suggested to seek for people that really want to do their job and give a nice service, this is medical care, we are not buying shoes, so it's important to be treated with warm and care. I definitely not going back unless I have to, prefer to drive to Orleans where I had went before.

Been trying to fax a paper to them and it never goes through, always busy.It can't be busy steadily some should go through,but never works.
