Not awnsering phones how many of y'all there

my wife and i love the Wentworth Dynacare. When I have called the Wentworth location to ensure that a particular health care worker will be in on the day that I need to have blood taken I have had no problem getting the information i need. i have serious issues with needles of any type and I have found that one of the Wentworth staff has a wonderful ability to keep me calm and in the end i have no pain and little discomfort. because of this I have been seeing my doctor more often which is a good thing due to my age. my wife also has issues with very very small veins that are deep and roll, not a good situation at all. A less than competent nurse will usually leave her badly bruised but not the staff at the Wentworth Dynacare, they are truly amazing at what they do. i also like the ability to ask for a specific person and get no push back to my request. the waiting cue system that allows you to see how long it will take to be seen which is nice as it reduces the stress of those waiting in the reception area. we both have paid the yearly fee to have access to our medical results and it has worked out really well as there have been times when the doctor has not received his copy whereas we have, thus allowing us to show him our copy so that we don't need to re-book. a real time saver and it is nice to be able to review our results online before we get to the doctors office so that we know were there may be issues that he may need to focus on.

They don't answer phone calls ,didn't give heath card back. I'm not happy at all with a laboratory that won't answer there phones.
