DRAKE & ASSOCIATES mission is to provide Project and Construction Management Services to build and develop commercial, residential and industrial projects. The company's experience includes undertaking unique and distinctive projects focusing on mixed use commercial developments, senior retirement residences, high rise residential, and call/ data centre projects. The main principals of the firm have been involved in well over 100 projects the past 25 years. We take particular pride in the professionalism of our people, their commitment to teamwork and the hands on approach as the cornerstone of our involvement in implementing successful projects. Every project large or small is assured the expertise and personal involvement from commencement to completition. Major projects undertaken by Drake & Associates include Amica at Newmarket Seniors Retirement Residence, Bell ExpressVu Broadcast Centre Campus, Kwong Fat Hong Condominium and MetroSquare Retail Centre. In summary Drake & Associates has undertaken numerous projects and developments ranging in size to $50, 000, 000. The current geographic focus for our work is Southern Ontario however we are investigating opportunities both domestically and abroad.
