With over 786 customers serviced this year and being in this mall for over 29 years, I believe we have been doing something right away. When you buy Chinese product rather then custom making a product, you could return it. No problem. I hope you buy generic product in the future. Clearly custom and creating an item is difficult. Please measure before you do purchase

Artists you're not, your sofas are all pretty standard...your staff (manager) made no reference to making sure we had measured correctly or, that the sofa would be a "one of a kind piece"...your Chinese reference is disturbing if even true. You may have been in business 29 years but your way of doing business with me was not honorable.

When you build a custom item in a custom colour, the product is yours. If you build a custom kitchen and give the wrong measurements, who is responsible. Who is the blame. Clearly, it’s always easier to blame someone else.
