PATIENT BEWARE Nicole has reliabity concerns. If you value your health find another doctor. Lack of care is evident - It's impossible to make an an appointment as the phone is deliberately left off hook and there's no option to leave a message. I have to book time off work to physically drive to Nicole's office during open hours in an attempt to make an appointment and GUESS WHAT?It's usually closed when it should be open! There's actually been times when I've showed up during the stated open hours to try and make an apt. and the staff is inside with the lights off, door locked, simply ignoring your knocks on the door for help. I've been unsuccessful at reaching anyone at this office for 2 months! It gets worse... Nicole won't allow you to tell her more than 2 issues during your scheduled appointment, even though we have been both trying/waiting for months to get just one(1) appointment. This medical neglect causes suffering and the neglected issues often worsen by the time we get medical attention at the 2nd appointment. Think you can find her at the walk-in-clinic instead of her office? Nicole is rarely to be seen at the Northwood walk- in-clinic that she's suppose to participate in. What's the point of being a family doctor if you're never available to her patients? In addition to the above-mentioned issues, she chooses to charge the highest possible amount $$ for any type of medical form or insurance form. I've called other Doctor's offices to compare and the difference was jaw-dropping. This is an honest opinion based on my experience for anyone considering this doctor for themselves or their family. Just do a quick search in Valley/Capreol Facebook you will find many threads of patients complaining of having no more patience with this woman.

She's a very good Doctor she is caring and she will get to the root of your problem
