DeSutter Homes Inc. is owned and operated by Frank and Ingrid DeSutter.
DeSutter Homes is based in the Aylmer, ON area with homes built in Aylmer, Tillsonburg, Long Point, Copenhagen, Port Stanley, St. Thomas, Mossley and areas in between.
Our aim is to ensure the entire process from start to completion of your new homes is an enjoyable venture.

DeSutter Homes Inc. became incorporated in 1986 and is registered as a TARION builder maintaining an “Excellence” rating with TARION (former HUDAC/ONHWA) every year. We are also a registered ENERGY STAR® builder.
Frank is well known for accurate quoting for potential clients based on a full set of plans at no charge. He firmly believes in the homeowner knowing all costs involved from start to closing with no unwanted “surprises”.
Frank is a hands on Builder (NOT a General Contractor) in attendance at all job sites accompanied by long time employee and son, Rob DeSutter. Frank and Rob are physically involved in all aspects of the construction of all DeSutter built Homes. Several of our licensed sub-trades and suppliers are local to the Aylmer area as well.
Our Company supports several charities and local causes but chooses to keep a low profile as it is those causes that are of the highest importance.
