Do not take your dog here! First and last time! On enquiring how our dog was the very miserable assistant replied " I didn't do her so I couldn't tell you." I should gave known right then. Whilst my dog was excited to see me, and naturally barking, all I heard was 68 dollars then it was repeated and again! I paid and said, can you finish my dog off before I take her? There is a solid line where her head meets the neck, long hair meet short." "Oh yeah" is the reply. She calls to the back room, "Have you got time to finish THIS dog?" "Not really" comes the reply. An assistant appears with a brush and thinning scissors. She grabs, and I mean grab, my dogs snout and starts trimming, No talking to the dog, no reassurance of what is happening. I bend to my knees to comfort the dog, she yanks so hard on the snout, my dog tries to paw her off, she pulls down more, at which point I say, "Leave it, I will finish the dog" to be met with her getting up, not saying a word, and watch us walk out the door. Disgusting! If they can treat a dog like that in front of the owner, I dread to imagine what goes on when we are not there. Never again!
