Born and raised in Burlington, Ontario, Mr. Rogers graduated from the University of Ottawa law school in 1986 and was called to the bar in 1988. After gaining valuable experience practicing with business & securities law firm boutiques in Toronto, he was a founding partner of a downtown Toronto business law firm boutique (Rogers Campbell Mickleborough) from 1993 to 2006 and the co-founding partner of a Mississauga law firm (Rogers Campbell LLP) from 2006 until December 2010. Since January 1, 2011, Mr. Rogers has been practicing law as a sole practitioner in his home town of Burlington, Ontario.
