I have been involved in the real estate market since 2004 and took my first real estate licensing course in Edmonton AB in 2006. I have bought, renovated and sold homes ever since. I am very passionate about the real estate business, and the investment aspect has been a driving force for the success in my life.
I have a heavy industrial construction background which includes qualification in two Interprovincial Red Seal Journeyman programs (Welding/ Boilermaker) in the province of BC, and am also a Certified Welding Inspector with the Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB). I am the successful owner of Arctic Inspections Ltd. The skills I have obtained while running my business in the oil and gas industry have translated into an ability to run a very detail oriented, systematic real estate business.
I strive in life and business for constant improvement, growth, and balance. I measure my success by the satisfaction of my clients, an ability to continually educating myself and staff of the real estate market and business, and the quality of my personal life and that of the people who surround me.
Primary targets for me in the Real Estate business revolve around the protection of my clients, which comes through privacy, negotiation skills, extensive knowledge of the local market, and a moral obligation to ensure their needs are my highest priority to meet. Helping clients find the property which suits their needs best whether that be for personal or investment purposes.
