Damien R. Frost has been practicing law since 1981, defending against a broad range of criminal charges in Ontario's courts and the Supreme Court of Canada, as well as providing consulting services to other law firms and businesses in the area. Debra Rosenberg was called to the bar in 2009 and joined the firm after having obtained significant experience as a Crown Counsel in Toronto. Mindy Caterina-Neufeld was called to the bar in 2012 and joined the firm in 2013 after working as counsel for the Federal Department of Justice in the tax law section. Daniel Libman joined the firm in 2013 having articled with a prominent criminal law firm. Rebecca Young articled with Damien R. Frost & Associates and joined the firm in 2014.
Throughout his career as a lawyer, Mr. Frost has been involved in complex criminal matters on both the prosecution and defence sides of cases. Due to his reputation as a skilled lawyer in the area of criminal defence, he is often retained by the Federal Crown to prosecute offences under the Criminal Code of Canada and other federal legislation. Debra Rosenberg, Mindy Caterina-Neufeld and Daniel Libman are also Agents for the Federal Crown and actively participate in these prosecutions.
