I am an employee at Cypress View Vet Clinic and have been since November 2015; however, I was a client for a number of years before becoming a part of their amazing Team. As a client, I always was made to feel like my furboys were given the bestest care - everything from after hour calls to let me know how they were doing if they had to stay at the clinic and the personal follow up calls after a visit from Dr. Michelle Rowe to see how they were doing since going home. As an employee, I am "proud" and "amazed" every single day that I arrive at work to be a part of a Team that works so well together, gives the bestest professional care to every pet that comes through the doors and shows the caring and compassion that they do every single day - no matter how busy the schedule is. I have been to other clinics in the City and hands down, I think Cypress View Vet Clinic Team offers the bestest pet care available in our city.

I absolutely love the staff here. They have always given us the best service when we have to bring our pets in for a check up.

I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else. They saved his life when he suffered acute renal failure. Their hard work is the only reason why my dog made it through. They are caring and friendly and always answer all my questions so that I can understand.

I spoke to vet on Sun night. Described my 17 year old cats symptoms. Was told not an emergency just needed TLC. Took her in Monday a.m. as was not better. She had a fever of 106 and was not able to breath out of her nose as was totally crusted over. She was also jaundiced. I was told it could be pnemonia but after blood tests and x-rays it was URTI. Not life threatening and IV antibiotics would likely clear it up. Caled every day and was told that she was better but had to be forcefed and should stay a day or two more. Also discouraged to see her as this would upset her cause she couldn't come home yet.I continued to call and they would say resting comfortabley and showing interest in food. I specifically asked everyone that I spoke to if I was prolonging her suffering. Still they assured me it was like a really bad cold. I finally went in the following Monday and looked at her. My heart broke when I saw how horrible she looked . Totally blank eyes and laying there lifeless except for very labored breathing. I had her euthanized as she shoul have been many days earlier. It was totally inhumane to have my poor girl suffer needlessly this long. She was clearly not about to get better and any idiot could see that . How bad do these people need to make money. I'm very angry and hate to think that they do this with other animals and families.
