Providing cultural and generational sensitivity training and coaching to business professionals so that they can be as successful as possible in Canada’s multi-cultural and multi-generational society. Training is based on understanding important cultural and/or generational differences such as thinking styles, communications styles, what is culturally and/or generationally appropriate to them, how to reasonably cross culturally and/or cross generationally adapt, and other culturally and/or generationally sensitive issues/areas it is important to know how to manage to be more successful.
