this office should be shut down . i would rate them among one of the worse place to go .people from management to front secretary are rude and very unprofessional.they dont give a dam in what kind of pain you are and you been waiting for months for appointment .they wont listen to you cut you off or hang up the phone on .leave a massage for management they wont reply .you wait weeks call them back .management will have go to hell attitude like they are doing you a favour just by talking to you.not a one shred of sympathy that you are on the receiving end of the their staff mistake.

We have been trying to contact your office for 1 week - your call centre is not picking up - and you cannot get a live body - at any time - your customer service is in desperate need of a revamp - my mother has early alzheimers and we have provided you with alternate phone number - you are getting her confused - we have confirmed this appt more than once - and we are more than 1 hour away - I cannot drive all of the way out there to be told that we did not confirm our appt! Please call - 1-800-265-6900 ext 4766 - ASAP! We would like to know if you accept M/C for payment - or a cheque or if you require cash - please help!

Too bad they don't pick up the phone... always they are "experiencing a high volume of calls". Too bad, I'll have take my business elsewhere.
