First we can start with a general assessment of your home, along with a list of wants from you. We then decide together where we would like to start, we find, most people start with one room at a time. From there we need to de-clutter and choose the pieces that need to stay and the ones that don't, as well as placing the remaining furniture. As well if we are going to paint, we will choose the colors and arrange for painters. Once we achieve a blank slate, that's when the fun starts. Do we need to go shopping or use pieces from other parts of the house. It is important to try new things, not to be afraid of a bold color or a large decorative item. We find, the best way to get that beautiful balanced room is to try different groupings until we achieve the perfect room.
