Country Home Care Services Inc, Stouffville, ON

My dear wife had a mild stroke and after she left the hospital she still needed 24 hour care. Upon checking around for a suitable facility we discovered Country Home Care up near Stouffville. Carol was there for about two months after which she was given a clean bill of health and allowed to return home. Our experience at that facility was most rewarding in that Carol found the staff and services superb with a sincere caring attitude and professional approach. Aside from the natural beauty of the building and surroundings the atmosphere was very pleasant and homey and was added to by the cheerful personalities of the staff. I would not hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for a place that offers almost one on one care from an excellent professional staff and up to the minute equipment in every respect.

Country Home Care has been the most wonderful choice for in home living. I was first introduced to Country Home Care when I thoroughly researched and assessed many facilities in York Region for my elderly family friend. At the time, Country Home Care came highly recommended by both a friend and an agency that were also familiar with most services in the area. From my regular chats and visits with my friend at Country Home Care, Laurie and her staff have always been gracious, accommodating and attentive. The small family-like setting (and the best home cooked meals) provides a warm and caring environment I could sense from both residents and staff alike. The surroundings inside and out are so beautiful and welcoming a ‘10’ to be sure!

We were very disappointed in our experience with this home. Very small living quarters and common area. We found the whole operation of the home not to be very professional.
