Owner Kevin Cooper plans every COOPS project personally. He will visit your home or small business to discuss your needs and present a detailed proposal that includes:
Specifications and drawings
Project timeline
Payment terms
With your approval, a COOPS Construction Project Manager will be assigned. The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of the job and maintain regular contact with Kevin through the course of your project.
An initial post-project review will be held when the work is complete; another will be scheduled four weeks after your job is finished.
