As a repeated customer, I really want to bring up my concern. We just had dinner at the restaurant tonight and found quite disappointed that we were not treated fairly. We ordered a big bow of PHO (XL) and other dishes & there were not enough soup, then asked the "Waiter" to give us more soup, and the waiter answered "NO" if I wanted then will be charged extra $1. Then, I said just forget about it. About 10 minutes later, others customer sat beside my table requested the same as I did (Pho is too dry, need more soup. Then the waiter just went inside the kitchen & brought up 1 small bow of soup and told other customer quietly that "NO CHARGE FOR YOU". When I heard & saw what he did, it really make me upset & disappointed how he treated customers like this!. Therefore, I did leave very little tip for what he did. Usually, I gave 10 - 15% tip but not this time and I will consider to be go back there again. I have been their customer for the last 3 years, at least 1 a week. But they will not gain my business anymore. Just a bit more detail. Most of the waitress are very nice & friendly but not the waiter!.
