Like other service businesses, it is some times very difficult to please all customers with all different personalities. At Coca Salon, we are thankful that the majority of our customers are very kind, nice, supportive and loyal. However, at times, no matter how we try our best and go out of our way to try to please a "difficult situation", it seems ....impossible. At the salon, I am always very busy with my schedules as I have lots of clientele requesting me. I do not allow myself to waste my time (and my clients times) when I am doing services as I do not want to run behind my schedule. Some times, when I do waxing services, if my clients say that "I'm hairy", I always try to make them feel at ease and never comment on their body! I never, ever made such a non-sensitive comment, as you've indicated. Do not under-mind all people who do labour services that they are not educated. That is not right and fair! I am a very private person and I do not ever have a habit of discussing my personal life with strangers. About my daughters' "life story", she is just a student, like other normal students. She is well-grounded, hard working and successful, period! Nothing dramatic and I am proud of her! I hope you feel better about yourself after writing all of that. Good day!
