They are above a skating rink and the child care facility smells like an old hockey bag. They have absolutely no A/C in the summer months and the smell is trying to be covered up by the popcorn machine! Not effective. If you bring up your concerns about how your child is being looked after to the program director Jennifer Turlock ( Owner) she instantly snubs you and only takes the side of the staff. Always 3 sides to a situation at this location. The care provider and the two kids involved. Oh and the care facility always says they saw exactly what happend from beginning to end. Yeah right!!!! The place has allot of special needs kids and I don't feel like they have the appropriate staff to care for them as well as the other kids running a muck. So please don't insult us parents when you send home a child with a bruise that extends from hip to knee and not mention anything at the time of pick. If they "see" everything from beginning to end then why not bring it up at pick up time???. I know why, cause you didn't see nor know exactly what happened till I bring up the story my son tells me about it at home! It's a devastating find when you bath your child at night to see the contusion of this size. And if you have your child saying they no longer want to attend and you put in your notice you won't even get a response back from the director. Cause she is insulted you would want to leave under some valid concerns. Her ways of resolution is to snub you like you don't matter. So good bye and good riddens. Karma is sneaky and as a paying parent I have the right to leave if I feel some things are not being handled properly. Ohhh and ghost luck getting the bullying to stop. They let those kids stay but like I said don't bring up your concerns about it cause you will be snubbed! I guess the word snub best describes a person who is a snob, and the repetition of the word just show you how they facilitate this place. And they know they can with the limited child care in Cochrane. They have a moto 'put up and shut up'. No thank you! Spend you time searching for another place. We did and we are glad we found something better. Best of luck to parents shoppibg for child care.
