Cascade Aqua-Tech was founded by Neil Pritchard in 1987. From humble beginnings as a family-based business serving the window industry in the Vancouver area, specializing in foam tape for glazing, Cascade has grown and diversified to serve the full range of trades that work in the Building Envelope industry.

Thanks to our loyal customers, Cascade Aqua-Tech is now the leading Canadian Supplier to the glazing and building sealing industry in B.C. and Alberta, and a major supplier to related trades and contractors. We are immensely proud to have celebrated our 25th anniversary in 2012. We have offices in Edmonton and Calgary, as well as Kelowna and Victoria, and recently expanded to include a location in Langley, B.C. Our main office is located in Burnaby, where we produce customized foam tape to customers’ specifications.
