I have ordered parts for my coffee machine from them in September 2013.
I to was unable to arrange a pickup. Vendor never picked up my phone calls, did not return my voice mails or never returned my numerous emails.
Paypal could not refund me because it was pass the allowed time to complain and obtain a refund (not Paypass fault).
Do not attempt to do business with this company. They took my money for an order and haven't yet shipped the parts nor refund the money.

Despite leaving numerous messages and emails and despite a promise that was made to finally ship my order and reverse shipping charges I've still had no response/results despite the fact that my item was to arrive a week ago and has been paid for in full.

I had an excellent experience with Carusocaffe.com. They dropped off my espresso machine right at my door after 2 days.

The worst online company I've ever dealt with. Placed an order for close to $2000 and it never arrived, more than 2 months later. Sent dozens of emails and voicemails and none were ever returned. I sent emails through their linked in page and through paypal as well. No response! I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint as well.
I finally was able to get my money back via a Paypal complaint. Make sure you file the compliant before 45 days pass. NEVER trust this company. At the same time they were ignoring me, they launched a new website CarusoCaffe.com and were sending out newsletters and advertisements."
