Cari and Paul were both born and raised in Toronto’s west end, and have lived and invested in several neighborhoods in the city. While Cari was completing her H.B.A in Communications (University of Toronto), and Paul was completing his HBSc in Geographic Information Systems (University of Toronto) their entrepreneurial drive ventured them into the high-end Professional Consulting industry, opening up business’ across Canada, New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco. Raised in an entrepreneurial family with a strong business background and a personal passion for real estate, Cari and Paul obtained their real estate licenses in 2009. Cari’s knack for negotiating and business experience partnered with Paul’s research and analytics quickly accelerated their career to a referral based business model built on results and client success.
