Canada Welcomes Immigration Inc. is a federally registered corporation with the govt. of Canada. Mr. Dhaliwal earned his Immigration Consultants Diploma with Honours from Ashton College, Vancouver, Canada. After Passing the Full Skills Exam in flying colours he is now a member in good standing of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC). ICCRC members are highly trained and qualified to represent their clients for immigration related cases in the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada as an immigration counsel. The Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC) is the only recognised Canadian organization of professional immigration consultants. Its members are the only ones who are recognized by Canadian Government under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act of Canada as “authorized representatives” who may, for a fee, represent, advise, or consult with persons subject to an immigration proceeding in the Canadian Embassies, IRB.
