The Campus Child Care (CCCCG) family! We are a community-based child care Centre fostering a co-operative learning environment for the entire family. Our Vision Statement We envision healthy children, engaged families and a vibrant community. Our Philosophy We strive to provide a supportive, energetic environment that encourages further growth in a child's self-confidence, self-esteem and independence. Our educators encourage children to express their feelings and use their problem-solving skills through social interaction and cooperation with peers and adults. At the Centre, parents are respected as the primary and most important provider of care and nurturing. We believe parents and teachers are partners in children's care and education. Staff, parents, and children play an integral part in developing a respectful, culturally diverse community. We invite all parents to share their abilities, interests, and life experiences with the children and our Centre community. As a co-operative Centre, our inclusive environment welcomes the diverse abilities of each individual child and meets the specific needs of the whole child. We access additional support and resources through the Growing Great Kids Network as needed. These professionals work collaboratively with staff to suggest adaptations to our programming with the main goal of ensuring that each child is given the appropriate tools needed to participate and grow to the best of their ability.
