I am a registered clinical counsellor with the BCACC. I specialize in counselling men in Victoria, B.C. I can help you move forward in life. You’ve tried other ways to deal with your circumstances, now it’s time to change.
Counselling men in Victoria B.C. has allowed me to help many clients struggling with anxiety and depression. They recognize that it is time to talk with someone about the struggles that they are experiencing. Sometimes a good friend or partner can help but we don’t want to burden our friends with significant issues.
My approach is collaborative and supportive.
I am trained to listen and support you to respond to your circumstance in a collaborative and empathic way. I approach every client as a unique person who brings different strengths and resources with them. Together we talk about the issues that you want to tackle and the strengths and resources that you can use to respond to these issues. I work with you to help you gain greater understanding and confidence in moving forward.
As a counsellor, I’ll help support you to achieve your goals.
I love talking with clients about what is right about them and how they can use their strengths to address some of the challenges they face in achieving their goals. I will work together with you to identify the problems that you are responding to and the internal and external resources that you have available to overcome them. Sometimes we forget about the many ways we might respond to a problem because it has overwhelmed our perspective.
