My primary specialty is in humanistic psychotherapy, where I connect with you as a person, and through the relationship we create, work through issues that are hovering below the surface and to the answers that are already inside you. Along the way, we can use tools like hypnotherapy, meditation and mindfulness to enhance our work, in a way that works for you.
