At Building Traditions General Contracting we offer a variety of services such as residential home construction, renovations, additions, cottages, garages, foundation renovations, and commercial construction.

Building Traditions General Contracting was born out of president Brian Miscio’s life-long passion for period restoration as well as fine carpentry, and his high standards are met and exceeded with every project we take on. We were established in 1996 and for over twenty years have been working together as a team that includes an Architect, Interior Designer, and Construction Team.

Together we oversee all aspects of a build or renovation, and by working together under one umbrella we are able to offer a more integrated design and offer you a smoother renovation or building experience. Another positive of our collaborative team is that budgets are managed by one company and only one company. Our renovations and build are for a niche market.
