Brisbin & Sentis Engineering Inc. is an Alberta-based company located in Calgary. The company, first established in 1977 currently operates under the name BSEI Municipal Consulting Engineers. BSEI provides municipal engineering services to Private-sector clients and Municipal clients such as Towns, Villages, Municipal Districts and Counties throughout southern Alberta and senior governments. BSEI professional objectives are: To serve as a resource engineering/planning group to municipalities and other clients with similar requirements; To maintain and enhance the flow of information between clients to permit maximum benefit from commonality of experience; To provide client liaison, project control and project responsibility through the Principals or senior staff members; and To ensure that our client is well informed as to project status and pre-planning. BSEI’s entire operation is based in one office in Calgary. This facilitates control of all projects by the Principals and Senior staff members. We are a specialist firm in the field of municipal engineering and planning. When a project demands skills beyond the capabilities of our firm, we arrange for the services of other specialist firms. The concept of utilizing specialist consultants has been employed successfully on all major projects to date. This results in a team which is composed of highly dedicated and well-experienced individuals who, in most cases, are principals within the sub-consulting firm.
