Our experience was a good. We had some work done by Bruce Coach in Sept of 2015. The glue they used to redo our ceiling and window panels did not hold. Now in California we were in need to have it fixed. We called Bruce Coach to tell them what had happen and they did explain the new glue they were using was not setting. They were also very honest and said another clients motor home that they were working on had the same problem with the glue. Bruce Coach company agreed to pay in US dollars to have it redone in California. Thank you for standing behind your work.

We took our coach here to have floor redone and some odds and ends worked on paid 7000.00 dollars. The workmanship was horrific. They worked on the generator that need a fuel line and the toilet had a small leak they fixed. The gas line was nicked cost us 400.00 to get that fixed. They installed the laminate in between the flange seal and toilet base cost another 1500 dollars to have that all repaired. The charged to remove night stands and bed for new carpet they just built fake covers and never installed new carpet there. The laminate was installed to close to the edge of the living room slide because they cut the carpet to narrow. Caused the slide to work improperly damaging it. We took it to professionals and got took we are devastated what has been done to our coach and the money we have spent elsewhere to repair what damage they did to our motorhome. They are not professionals do not go to Bruce coach you will be heartbroken and will have a big hole in your wallet . Crushed
