J***** is a horrible boss and owner. He has frequent, almost daily angry outbursts, often yelling at his employees and at his business partner. J***** is an ignorant bully and belittles everyone around him. He is unpredictable and working at this place is like walking on egg shells - never knowing when this ticking time bomb will go off. He acts like he knows everything and will never admit to making an error. Instead, he will blame and scream at others for his own shortcomings. Many employees have left after working a short stint, not being able to tolerate this tyrant and his unruly behavior. According to the Ontario Ministry of Labour, his treatment of his employees would be classified as workplace violence and harassment. The pay is terrible and other companies pay much higher for the same type of work. Highly recommend NOT working here or doing business with Boss Tooling. Just get EI, apply to other jobs, do your apprenticeship at other places or take your business contracts elsewhere to a company with a more sensible owner that would treat you fairly and with respect.
