Description
Borek Construction is a family owned and operated company with more than 50 years of experience in business. Kenn Borek founded the company in 1955 and was a pioneer in the oilfield construction industry managing the company until his passing in 2002. His wife, Rosella Borek and their son, Dean Borek still operate the company today. To read more about the history of the Borek family click here.
Kenn Borek Air Ltd. was initially incorporated as a subsidiary of Borek Construction Ltd. to enhance services on contracts carried out in the Canadian Arctic for the petroleum industry. The first DHC-6 Twin Otter began operating in 1970 providing air support for these exploration activities. While Kenn Borek Air began as specialists in Arctic travel, they now offer worldwide support to all seven continents.

Over the years Borek Construction has expanded to give our clients a complete portfolio of services such as seismic right-of-way clearing, line clean-up as well as road building & maintenance, bridge installation and a wide variety of related construction services.
We are licensed to work in B.C., Alberta, and the Northwest Territories, and have all the equipment and resources to complete your project to your expectations and on time. With a half century of experience with working in the extreme weather conditions of the north and in remote locations, you can rely on us getting the job done.
As well, we specialize in reclamation projects and have a complete inventory of equipment and personnel to complete the job for you.
