Everything we do reflects our commitment to this long term vision. Firm History Baxtec Mechanical Services was formed in 1983 by Andy Csiffary. A heating and air conditioning technician for over 20 years at the time, his strategy was to deliver high quality HVAC services to his customers. The business grew from 3 employees to over 30 employees building a solid reputation along the way. In 2000, Mark Csiffary P. joined the business. Mark is a mechanical engineer and spent 6 years working for Kraft Foods in Montreal, Cobourg, and Niagara Falls. Mark brings a new level of organizational skills to the company and since that time, Baxtec has been steadily growing while maintaining its focus on quality and customer service.
