Our inspection was completed 5 days ago and we are so grateful to have Karol as our inspector. He has a quick turnaround time. He accommodated our tight schedule in a very busy season, sent over agreement right after confirmation on the time and date, sent over an extremely thorough and detailed inspection report just 5 hours after the completion of inspection, and initiated a follow-up 28 hours after the inspection. We are impressed by his attention to details, positive attitude, and punctuality. He arrived 30 minutes before the scheduled time and carefully examined the exterior and roof of the building. He found a golf-ball sized wasp nest right at the corner of 2nd-story window frame, which the seller agreed to remove before deed of sale. He thoroughly inspected the house and his inspection report contains tons of photos and actionable recommendation. His answer to my follow-up questions are thorough as well, with detailed contact information. Overall, we are 100% satisfied with his work, and will definitely recommend to our family and friends.
