Bark Avenue is a full service dog grooming salon that offers some of the little extras your best friend will enjoy, such as massage therapy. A full bath service includes clipping, bathing, ears, bum, nails and a dry and brushout. Aromatherapy is given to all our furry clients before grooming to promote relaxation. We take cash and if you have access to paypal on your phone, we can take credit cards as well. Just transfer funds to our Paypal account.
We only do small to medium dogs at this time. If there is enough interest we are thinking of having Big Dawg Days.

Bark Avenue is a home based business that is really a labor of love. I had a mid life crisis and finally decided to do something I would enjoy. I took a dog grooming course, then a natural healthcare for pets course and also a first aid course. Bark Avenue was born. And just as I suspected, I love it. I offer a full service grooming service here in Kitimat, B.C. as well as a few extras such as aromatherapy, massage therapy, flower therapy and some TCM. All our clients are treated with kindness and gentleness, even the cranky, unmanagable ones that bite. The dogs are treated nicely as well.
