With Yesterdays service call, Camron attended the site and verified the leak to be from rotten or deteriorated pipe and it would need to be replaced of which he showed you and he took photos.  you had instructed him to replace some piping into the basement.  He completed this task as instructed. My problem Sir is that it's approximately three inches long. I don't pretend to know about plumbing but I do feel that accidents can happen.  We are all human . I just believe it was overlooked is all. And what bothers me is that you can't admit that Cameron made a mistake as only three weeks earlier you were called.  In that time I brought my daughter to Kingston for 12 days and unless you are in the basement you would not be able to hear nor see the drip. My point again is that leak that wasn't taken care of in the first place did cause the igniter to bet hot then crack as I was told by another heating company.  . Again it is my belief it should have been dealt with on the first visit.  I will attach a picture again so show you the deterioration that didn't just happen in three weeks. .
