Founded in 2012, Avanti Commerce utilizes process and technology “know-how” dating back to 1999. Founder and CEO Jason Strashek was part of the original Ontain team that brought the first North American Mobile Commerce trials to Starbucks, McDonald’s, Panera Bread and Subway.
Knowing the market opportunity was too early the team continued to collaborate with clients in the QSR space, collecting information, getting to know the needs of the industry. With all Mobile Commerce & Online Ordering intellectual property intact, the Avanti Mobile Commerce Platform was created – faster, incredibly flexible, and with unmatched scale.
The Avanti team possesses deep domain expertise in international payments, front-counter payments, cloud-based systems, multi-currency, multi-tenant, multi-lingual, secure and scalable platforms.
A decade ago when Remote Ordering was first trialed, restaurants weren’t ready for it and customers weren’t yet demanding it. Fast forward to today and there are still many in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) Industry that are refining their Mobile Commerce strategies. There is much to consider. With a successful Mobile deployment of Subway Restaurants, as our first customer, and the largest in the QSR space, we have proven we have the capability to advise and assist anywhere from two stores to tens of thousands of locations.
