Formed in September 1995 by Mike and Joanne Austin, Austin and Denholm Industrial Sales Inc. (ADI Sales) had a primary, albeit multifaceted goal: To provide a source of livelihood and revenue for themselves and for all the people employed with the company in an atmosphere that was open, relaxed and in which everyone enjoyed coming to work and participating and benefitting in the company’s success. Employees and their families, as the company’s single most important resource, were going to be the cornerstone of the company’s success or failure. In a small two room office over a tire store in Tsawwassen (A bedroom community of Vancouver, BC) with just themselves and two employees and as the exclusive representative of companies such as Goulds Pumps, Seepex, Komax etc. the company quickly expanded adding three additional people, bringing the total to 7 and moving to a larger office with a warehouse facility in the first year. With the continued addition of premium manufacturers - themselves leaders in their respective fields, ADI Sales quickly outgrew the facility and Mike and Joanne purchased a larger warehouse and office space in the Tilbury Industrial area of Delta, BC. Today representing some 30 manufacturers, ADI Sales continues to provide quality products and services to its customers while providing expert and ethical sales and service representation to its principal manufacturers.
