If you need a genuine review and if you are person who need to review companies before booking their services, please read this: I requested a quote from them and based on the price, I went ahead with this moving company. Everything was fine at the start, I even filled up an excel sheet detailing all my stuff that I had to move, and it was less than 1000 lbs, so they quoted me around $1350 (before taxes). And I had to pay a deposit of $650. The day the movers came, they were so aggressive with the handling of the boxes. We labeled the boxes fragile in which we put glasses. They disregarded that and put heavy boxes over the fragile ones. Also, the day before the movers come, you get a call from admin, asking you a bunch of question, like how many boxes do you have, how many steps to access your apartment, and from the main floor to the basement there are 5 steps. Then the person on the phone would tell you, ma'am, you need to pay us $1500 right now for us to dispatch the movers (excluding the deposit). They were urging you to pay it right now, in a very rude way, and when I asked why, they told me because of the boxes. I told them that it is all the items from the list I provided and they say no we charge by boxes..... The total came to around $2150. Which is way above the quotation and to note it included the 5 steps they needed to take to get to my unit. Then the movers took my stuff and I got another call that in order to deliver it to my new address, I need to pay an additional of $350 since there were more than 5 steps, I was shocked. I went outside, took a picture and send it to them. They insisted on paying them, at this point I was apprehensive in case I did not get my stuff from them, I paid them just to be done with them, My total came to around $2500. Now tell me you'd like this from a moving company. Liz was my representative. They tell you that you won't get any bad surprises on the pricing, that they are the best. Yes, ma'am you are the best in taking money from people, in handling people's stuff badly, in being rude and not being transparent. I regret taking you as my mover.

Many thanks to Liz who helped us coordinate our move from Stratford to Montreal. We had an unexpected surprise from the new landlords when we arrived at destination and had to suddenly look for a new place. But they were able to hold off the delivery date and were able to offer storage at their Ontario warehouse. We were happy to have this option. Final price and invoice process was great. Had the convenience of paying via email transfer which was great. Great service and I would hesitate to use them again once we are set to move back to Ontario.

We used Atlanntis Van Lines for a move from Airdrie in Alberta to Richmond area in BC. We had full packing service on one day and the loading the following day. Great service! Accepted our delivery on October 27 in our new home and we were very impressed. The delivery crew worked tirelessly and had offloaded everything within a few hours. Didn't take any breaks and worked hard in navigating where all the items needed to go. Had some boxes left over from the full packing. I offered it to my friend who is also moving with Atlanntis. We worked closely with Liz which was amazing to deal with. Although when you called everyone was eager to assist. We were offered a month of free storage which was helpful and we could finish painting two rooms upstairs. We were happy with the service and the customer service was the definition of customer service! Kudos to Atlanntis.

I was not looking forward to our move based on past experiences with moving companies and was pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service and care of our belongings. Liz was fantastic to work with from start to finish - she was very accommodating and kept open/consistent communication (if you can request Liz, I would highly recommend you do just that!). Everything was wrapped in blankets before it left our storage to be placed on the truck which was comforting to see. We also worked with Vicky for our initial quote/paperwork, etc. and they were both extremely helpful and friendly.

Dealt with Liz for our move from Cranbrook BC to Markham. The move went very well. The truck that performed the pick up part was one of those huge semi trucks. We were concerned if the driver was going to be able to make the turn, but he was very good and managed to drive in without any issues. We were very impressed. We couldn’t find a place right away so had them store the stuff for a bit and finally accepted delivery early September. We were very impressed with the delivery crew. They came on time right at 8 am and were very positive. We even offered them some morning coffee. We found their services fair and failrly priced. We had filled out a list of what we moved and then had moved a bit more which they did take. Not a huge price difference so we found it fair. I went out of town to get some boxes, but in Cranbrook there were limited supplies so the driver was able to provide us with some boxes. We were very impressed and I thank Liz for being so accommodating and always easy to reach. Atlanntis VL was great to work with.
