Purchase new hot tub. Within first few months we found a jet not functioning and a light stopped working. Literally 2 years after multiple phone calls the owner arrived for the warranty. Found jet filled with silicone from the manufacturer and owner simply moved light from another location. The following year a deformity/crack developed and created a leak in during freezing temperatures. Forced to drain the tub we were told this was not covered under warranty. In removing panels to drain there were no supports installed underneath the bench seat where the leak developed. We were also told the warranty didn’t apply for two reasons. First that the warranty begins when the tub is manufactured not when purchased or installed. Second, that the repair was an acrylic failure but mentioned he has never seen a crack that large. The owner never came to assess the damage or offer assistance. Only recommended that I attempt the repair myself using epoxy! Buyer be warned!!
