Established by Anna, Ronald and Kathleen Cheung in 1974, Anna's Cake House remains within the Cheung family to this day. We are committed to treating our customers as part of our extended family. In the same way that we would only want the best for our family, we want each and every customer to have the best experience possible. We are dedicated to providing only the highest quality baked goods, without introducing artificial or chemical additives. All of our cakes have been Trans Fat free from the day we opened, and we use Canada's finest real butter and natural ingredients in all of our baking. We take great pride in working to our own original recipes, introducing Vancouver to “fusion baking” way back in 1974, well before “fusion” earned its now established reputation in the city.
