We had a bitter experience while moving out from one of the property this company managed. We cleaned the property as per their requirement i.e. professional carpet cleaner and professional house cleaner. We moved out before the inspection was done and after they charged us $250 dollars saying it wasn't cleaned properly. To me it was not true as $250 is like 10 hours of cleaning and I don't think it was that messy, it could be couple hours of work. We got it cleaned as per their requirement and we spent over $500 for cleaning. It's just their way of making money and some kind of arrangement with their cleaning companies. I would recommend to use other company or rent from owners.

I would not deal with this company. Found a condo on there website and wanted to see it They told me they are short staffed and it be a week and a half for the next appointment which I booked. The day of appointment they phoned and cancelled. because someone had come. in the day before and rented it. This was the building I wanted so I did not look at anything else until I was able to see it. They also told me I was the only one booked to see it and if any one else booked it would be after my appointment . Not a very honest company
