Best veterinarian in Vancouver. Took my Shino to them for a regular check-up & the way they treated my Shino was amazing. Shino was so aggressive but they handled him very nicely. Very reasonable pricing & the best pet care in Vancouver.

Nothing but the best people working here. They were absolutely amazing when our little kitty got into pistachios and needed emergency surgery to get a blockage removed. Hats off to the team ALTA VISTA ANIMAL HOSPITAL. I can't express how good I'm feeling after visiting there.

This amazing veterinarian saved our cat from a blocked urethra, they updated us throughout the three days he spent in hospital, gave us lots of information and advice for helping him get back to his usual self, and were very professional and kind towards our situation. 10/10 highly recommend this veterinarian hospital for any ailments your pet may have!

Best in Vancouver!
Adopted a very sick male kitten. Took him to Alta Vista Animal Hospital emergency and they admitted the little guy right away. Eyes infected, upper respiratory infection, diarrhea, neglect, underweight, and intestinal infestation. We didn't know if he was going to live. Only a few days later with lots of medicine and love, he is thriving! Thank you to the staff and doctors for saving this little guy!

I've only been there twice so this is an early review but my experience so far is awesome...very polite and respectful. Fair pricing & the vets were very good with my pug. They always follow up and very considerate. I highly recommend.

Our vet clinic offers a wide range of both specialized and emergency services, from new pet exams to spay and neuter surgeries. Aside from performing many laboratory procedures at our vet clinic, we have an in-house vet pharmacy for your convenience. We also carry a wide range of prescription and maintenance foods for cats and dogs to help you find the diet that best suits your pet’s individual needs (MediCal Royal Canin and Prescription Hills). We also carry a variety of flea and parasite control products, as well as dental care products.
