I STRONGLY CAUTION EVERYONE ABOUT THIS COMPANY. We moved our stuff out of a storage unit we were renting. They emailed to tell us they were keeping our damage deposit claiming we left several oil spills on the floor & they would now have to replace the floor, which is TOTAL UTTER NONSENSE! WE NEVER-EVER HAD ANY OIL OR LIQUIDS IN THE UNIT!!! How’s that even possible! They never offered, but I insisted on seeing the so-called “several oil spills”. You’d be as shocked as I was; there were 2 tiny looney-size dark spots on the floor that I bet I could’ve taken a wet cloth to and wiped clean & they said they need to replace the floor due to this - ABSOLUTELY MIND-BLOWING! They know no one is going to take them to small claims court or hire a lawyer over a measly $50 deposit, so they kept my deposit. NO, I don’t have time to waste so I’M JUST WARNING YOU. RENTER BEWARE! SHOP AROUND! CUSTOMER REVIEWS are more apt to tell you the real story. May you not be bilked as we were.
