In addition to the academic background, the owner Karim Bhibah has held several executive positions including; Vice President Administration, Controller, Business development Manager at ALLSCO Windows and Doors and Corporate Controller at Landdrill International, a publically traded company. Karim was in charge of the financial reporting and cash flows management as well as the day to day accounting including accounts receivables, accounts payables, payroll and source deductions, inventory management, banking and government agencies communications, internal audit and assurance. In addition, Karim has developed extensive understanding of inventory management and control in a complex manufacturing environment as well as in an international, multicurrency and multi-location environment. His experience enabled him to lead continuous improvement initiative, process improvements, accounting and manufacturing system implementation and companies’ acquisitions and divestiture.
