Playground Games is a series of athletics building classes for 6-10 year olds. We focus on the fundamental movement skills of Agility, Balance, Coordination and Speed. The ABC's OF FITNESS. An emphasis on FUN is paramount while the children participate in well structured activities to develop these basic skills. The classes range from directed free form play to defined fitness activities and are always with a fully trained instructor in an environment that is fun, non-competitive and respectful. Playground Games will not only provide the practical tools and support needed to enjoy and make exercise routine behavior but it will also build character, confidence and relationships amongst all the participating children. PLAYGROUND GAMES Unique to the experience and complimentary, is that the parent/guardian can enjoy their cardio workout while the child is attending his/her class. We offer a complete selection of cardio machines outside the Playground Games Studio where you can complete your exercise regime, effectively, multitasking your fitness day.
