The Alberta Railway Museum, located in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, houses an impressive collection of vintage railway equipment and buildings. The museum opens for the season on Saturday, May 22 at 10 am. Locomotive 9000 will head up the train which runs every hour from 1100 to 1600. Miss Maria will be reading train stories and hosting train activities for children on Sunday afternoons during the summer. She has developed a program for children that includes a Thomas the Tank Engine theme. She will present a scheduled reading program - about an hour - that will be offered on Sundays during the summer.
