Feeding Therapy specializes in supporting families in Edmonton, Calgary, Red Deer, and Alberta, experiencing mealtime stress by providing pediatric feeding therapy to bring the fun back to feeding. Feeding therapy is for children of all ages (0-18) who are picky eaters, messy eaters, slow eaters, or fussy eaters. If your child is not eating, it will negatively impact their health. Sylvia A. Wilson earned a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy, followed by a Masters Degree of Science in Occupational Therapy (thesis based), from the University of Alberta, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Her initial professional focus was in the area of pediatrics at the Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital (GRH), Edmonton. Over her tenure at the GRH she had the opportunity to contribute to specialized programs for children with cerebral palsy, developmental delay, brain injury, muscular dystrophy, learning disabilities, autism, fetal alcohol spectrum disorder, and neonatal and infant assessment.
