Saturn Machine Works Ltd. was established November, 1999 as a CNC production machining facility. We are a well established company in Edmonton, Alberta, and manufacture a variety of parts for the oil, industrial, mining and automotive industries. Saturn Machine is a recognized and reputable name in the machining sector, and provides top quality small to large parts, at competitive pricing. Saturn Machine’s equipment was selected to cover a broad range of parts and to provide consistent, high accuracy parts at an economical cost. Our CNC equipment consists of 14 CNC machines. This includes large bore CNC lathes to small bar-feed live tool lathes, vertical and horizontal machining centres. Our CNC shop is supported by a conventional machine shop, in-house engineering and design, a quality control department including a CMM, MicTrak and Gaugemaker, as well as secondary processes such as shot peening, glass beading, and phosphating. Saturn is also a supplier of carbide products.
